Unsure about ordering?
We will happily offer a refund on any unused purchase - just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange return of your unworn items. This does not apply to Brum Box which is made to order especially for you and as such cannot be returned.
Need to return something?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your delivery, telling us:
1. Your order number
2. Which item(s) you'd like to return
3. Whether you would like an exchange or a refund
Once we have confirmed your return via email reply, send your item(s) in unworn condition along with the delivery note to:
Provide Returns, Unit 201 Jubilee Trade Centre, Pershore Street, Birmingham B5 6ND, U.K.
We recommend using a tracked service as we can only issue refunds on items once they have been returned to us.
We will post your replacement once we have received your original item in unused condition. Do not return items that have been worn, or show signs of use.
Please note: Occasionally we will run out of the item you want in exchange. To avoid this, please check the detailed size chart before ordering.

Sorry! No, really, I'm genuinely sorry. Provide is run mostly by one person working full time (hi! 👋 ) and although great care is taken with each order, sometimes mistakes can happen. Please email email@example.com immediately and tell us your order number and what the problem is, and we'll sort it as soon as we can.
