Christmas 2018 Delivery Info

Last order dates for Christmas delivery:
UK Standard FREE Delivery: Monday 17 December
UK Priority Delivery (£3.95): Wednesday 19 December
Europe (£10): Friday 14 December
USA (£15): Thursday 13 December
Rest of the World (£20): Monday 10 December

NOTE: It is your responsibility to make sure somebody is at the delivery address to receive the goods. We will do our best to get your order to you on time, but we cannot accept responsibility if your order is late because it was too big to fit through the letterbox, or if nobody was around to accept/sign for the delivery.

Christmas 2018 Returns Info

For orders placed between December 1 and December 25, 2018, the returns period is extended until Friday, January 11, 2019. If you would like to exchange or refund a gift bought between 1/12/18 - 25/12/18, you MUST contact us by email (see instructions below) NO LATER than Friday, 11 January.

Orders placed on any date outside of December 1 - 25 are subject to our normal 14 day returns policy.

NOTE: Any orders placed between December 20 - January 2 will be sent out from January 3rd - thanks for your patience. I'm knackered and need a break!

We will happily offer a refund on any unused purchase - just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange return of your unworn items.

Need to return something?

Email hello@provideshop.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery, telling us:
1. Your order number
2. Which item(s) you'd like to return
3. Whether you would like an exchange or a refund

Once we have confirmed your return via email reply, send your item(s) in unworn condition along with the delivery note to:
Provide Returns, Unit 201 Jubilee Trade Centre, Pershore Street, Birmingham B5 6ND, U.K.
We recommend using a tracked service as we can only issue refunds on items once they have been returned to us.

We will post your replacement once we have received your original item in unused condition. Do not return items that have been worn, or show signs of use. 

Please note: Occasionally we will run out of the item you want in exchange. To avoid this, please check the detailed size chart before ordering.

My order arrived damaged / You sent the wrong thing, idiot!
Sorry! No, really, I'm genuinely sorry. Provide is run mostly by one person working full time (hi! 👋 ) and although great care is taken with each order, sometimes mistakes can happen. Please email hello@provideshop.com immediately and tell us your order number and what the problem is, and we'll sort it as soon as we can.
