On Tuesday night we attended the premiere of Noisey's latest music documentary, as part of the Everyman Music Film Festival. Directed by Tayo Yusuff and hosted by Mike Skinner, the film follows Mike around Birmingham, interviewing the likes of Lady Leshurr, Mist and Jaykae, finding out what makes the scene here so special, and getting their thoughts on why it's only now that artists from the 0121 are starting to gain serious traction nationwide. The documentary (above!) also includes interviews with local stars Lotto Boyzz, SafOne & Dapz on The Map, as well as taking the time to get some input from other voices...

Provide is proud to announce a special collaboration with Birmingham Design Festival, in celebration of their inaugural event this June. Together we're delighted to offer 4 limited edition T-shirts; Three designed by outstanding festival speakers – Anthony Burrill, Jim Sutherland and Aaron Draplin, and one featuring the iconic BDF branding identity system. Each one is a response to the Festival's theme, Forward. Introducing Provide Zine

Introducing Provide Zine

We're excited to announce the launch of Provide Zine, an enthusiastic experiment in self publishing, celebrating the best of Birmingham. The format is not rigid, and we expect to collaborate with all sorts of artists, with a commitment to keeping it fun and affordable. Issue 001 has been created with Guri Bosh, an image maker, art director and all round creative inspiration, using photographs taken during a Sunday afternoon walk around the quiet, industrial streets of North East Birmingham.
